Refund policy

We are a small owned business ran by a mama + daughter and therefore currently offer store credit only.

Should you need to return an order, we will gladly accept exchanges or offer store credit for unworn and unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of your order date. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return cost.

  • All Sale items will be final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Gift cards are final sale.

How to Return

For returns, please contact us at cyrenee@asundayinoctober.com to request a return. Once your return is approved, you'll receive return instructions. When return is received, a credit will be issued. We are not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen during the return process.
